Thank you for shopping at VibeInTee! This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. The return window begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.
2. What Items Are Eligible for Return?
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Condition: In the same condition you received them.

Wear: Unworn and unused.

Tags: Original tags attached.

Packaging: In their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Items MUST be returned in a manner that protects the product from damage during shipping. Products damaged in transit due to improper packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Some items are not eligible for return. These are clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include the following information in your email:

Order Number.

Full Name.

Reason for Return: (e.g., damaged, wrong size, unwanted).

Photos/Video: If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos or a video showing the issue.
Our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address. Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team. Returns sent to any other address may not be processed.
4. Return Approval and Inspection
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. This process usually takes up to 72 hours. You will receive an email letting you know if your return is approved or denied.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 9 business days for us to process the refund. Note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account. The refund will include the original purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any original shipping fees (unless the item was defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly by us).
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, a refund, or store credit. Please include clear photos/videos in your email. We may require you to return the damaged/defective item before a replacement or refund is issued.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
8. Return Shipping Costs

Defective Items: We will pay for return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, we will only reimburse you for the cost of standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Non-Defective Items (e.g., Changed Mind, Wrong Size Ordered): We don’t accept for return.

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable when the customer ordered the wrong product.
We do not charge restocking fees.
9. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please send your cancellation request to [email protected]. Cancellation requests made after 12 hours will be subject to our standard return policy. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
10. Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, including the street name and house number. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the cost to reship the package to a corrected address.
11. Force Majeure
VibeInTee shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery of products arising out of causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, fire, strikes, or government regulations.
12. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada.
