Ordering is simple! Here’s how:

  4. Review and submit: Review your order details and complete your purchase at checkout!

Made a mistake? No problem! Contact us immediately at support@vibeintee.com with your order details and the corrections you need. We’ll do our best to make the changes before your order ships.

We’ll do our best to help! However, due to our production process, we can only make changes to orders within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Please email support@vibeintee.com immediately with your order number and the details of the changes you’d like to make. We’ll let you know if the changes are possible.

Cancelling is easy, if you act fast! Email support@vibeintee.com with your order information within 12 hours of making your payment. As long as your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll gladly cancel it and issue a full refund. Once production begins, we are unable to process cancellations.

Absolutely! We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships. This email includes a tracking number, so you can easily track your package and know when to expect its arrival.

It’s perfectly normal if your tracking information doesn’t update immediately, especially with registered airmail. Rest assured, your package is on its way! However, if you haven’t seen a tracking update in more than 10 days, please contact our support team at support@vibeintee.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, here’s what we recommend:

  1. Review your tracking details: Double-check the delivery address and any notes from the carrier.

  2. Allow a few extra business days: Sometimes, deliveries are delayed or tracking gets updated prematurely.

  3. Contact us if needed: If your order still hasn’t arrived after a few business days, please email support@vibeintee.com with your order information. We’ll investigate and provide you with an update.
