  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order, simply:

    1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart.

    2. Enter your billing and shipping addresses.

    3. Select your preferred shipping method.

    4. Complete the checkout process.

Orders & Changes

  • I made a mistake in my order. How do I correct it?

    Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the necessary corrections. We’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

    To request changes to your order, email [email protected] with your order number and the details of the changes you’d like to make. We can typically accommodate changes within 12 hours of the order being placed. Changes are not guaranteed.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can request an order cancellation by emailing [email protected] with your order number. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production, generally within 12 hours of payment. If your order is already in production, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Will I receive a shipping notification?

    Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • When will I receive my tracking number?

    Your tracking number will be generated and emailed to you within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. If you haven’t received it after 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

  • My tracking information isn’t updating. What should I do?

    Tracking information can sometimes be delayed. Please allow some time for the updates to appear. If the tracking hasn’t updated in over 10 days, please contact [email protected] for assistance. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

  • My order hasn’t arrived. Where is it?

    First, check your tracking information. If it shows delivered, allow a few extra days as deliveries can be delayed. If it’s still missing after a few days, email us at [email protected] so we can investigate.

  • How can I check my order status?

    You will receive the following email updates:

    • Order confirmation after payment.

    • Notification when your order is in production.

    • Shipping notification with tracking information.

    You can also find the most up-to-date information via the receipt link in our email correspondence. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you aren’t receiving emails.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • My order is defective, the wrong size, or incorrect. What should I do?

    Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, which may include sending a replacement.

  • What is your return and refund policy?
