This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed on VibeInTee.com. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times (US Only)
We currently ship only within the United States. We primarily offer direct-to-consumer shipping but may occasionally use third-party suppliers to manage inventory and fulfill orders for some products. All shipping options are available during checkout.
For T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Sweaters:

Important Definitions:

Handling Time: The time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment from our warehouse or our supplier’s warehouse.

Transit Time: The time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your order after it has shipped (picked up by the carrier).
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Factors outside of our control, such as weather delays, carrier issues, or high order volume, may affect delivery times.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
Tracking information may take 3-5 business days to appear on the carrier’s website after the shipping date. If you do not see tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate.
If your Standard shipping order is still in transit 9 business days after the shipping date, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
3. Order Processing Window (Changes & Cancellations)
After your payment is processed, your order enters a 12-hour window before being sent to our fulfillment center. During this time, you can request changes to your order (size, color, quantity) or cancel it for a full refund by contacting us at [email protected].
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after this 12-hour window, as the order may already be in production or transit.
4. Multiple Shipping Addresses
Our fulfillment partners can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
5. Taxes & Customs
All items are manufactured, printed, and shipped from the United States. The price shown on our website includes all applicable sales taxes. You will not be charged any additional taxes at checkout or upon delivery.
6. Important Shipping Information: Customer Responsibility
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, it is your responsibility to:

Provide complete and valid payment information.

Provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including the correct street name, house number, apartment number (if applicable), city, state, and zip code.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to address errors provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with reshipping the order to a corrected address.
If you contact the carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request forwarding or redirection, we are not responsible if the package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged. Any redirection or forwarding is done at the customer’s own risk. You may also be charged additional fees by the carrier for redirection.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you with providing any necessary information for your claim.
8. Force Majeure
VibeInTee shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery of products arising out of causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, fire, strikes, or government regulations.
